Terms of service

1. When Commissioning me, I require payment upfront. The only time where I will not take payment upfront is if you need me to design a character for you. The first charge will be before a sketch for a design fee. After you have approved the design, only then will I ask you for the payment for a L2D model If you are commissioning me for one. Once full payment is received, only then can I begin working on your commission.
2. When commissioning me, please have a clear and concise image of your character ready as a reference. A chibi or rough sketch with base colors is perfectly fine too. If you do not have a character reference sheet or artwork of your character and need help designing them, I charge a $50-$100 custom design fee, depending on the complexity of your character and what you want.
3. The reference sheet/artwork that you provide is the image I will be using to reference as I work on your commission.
4. You will receive a PSD file with separate layers, a solid transparent PNG, and a white background PNG.
5. Once I finish the sketch please let me know if you want any changes. If you ask for changes after the sketch I will be charging for each revision, depending on the complexity and what you ordered. With this, I include revision limits. After 4 revisions I will be charging extra.
6. Prices listed are base prices only. If your character has extra elements such as a tail, ears, wings, and complex design I reserve the right to charge extra in regards to L2D models, depending on complexity.
8. Please make sure you are 100% comfortable with how I draw as I will not deviate from my style.
9. You must credit me, if you choose not to credit me I will charge a privacy fee. Please let me know beforehand about this.
11. Do not sell or distribute any of the filters, expressions, or models to anyone. Doing this will cause me to publically call you out, block, and blacklist you from commissioning me again.
12. As the artist I still have the rights to my art. I have the right to use the model commission in my portfolio and post it on my social media. I charge a privacy fee if you wish to ask me to wait to post the art after your model reveal.
13. Under no circumstances are you allowed to alter any parts of the model or reach out to another artist to have them add/change anything to the design. Only come back to me to make revisions or changes at an extra charge.
14. I will not be rigging or animating the model. PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE RIGGING! You will be paying for the model art only.
15. By paying the invoice, you agree to the all terms and services above.
16. If the client is giving me a hard time I have every right to stop the commission and to refund the client at any time.
17. I will not be giving refunds after the final product is made. If you attempt to make a payment dispute or claim any refund, I will refer you to this TOS, as when you commission me, you are agreeing to all these terms and services. Any attempt to dispute after the product is completed will result in blacklisting and a public display of your dispute.
